Chelsea Fine Food is the best bodega ever - they have great sandwiches (get the Philly Cheese Steak after a night out) and have the best staff. I love coming home to Chelsea Fine Food every Saturday night!

Ramone makes an excellent sandwich just the way I like it. Sometimes I forget to bring lunch from home and after a workout I am hungry. Ramone follows instructions and makes sure to spread mayonnaise on both sides of the soft roll. This makes the sandwich tasty to eat as I don't like dry bread. Everyone here is kind and friendly. This bodega is spotless, filled with all kinds of goodies and there are four tables to sit and enjoy the food.

Surprised by all the negative reviews here -- I've had good experiences here with no complaints, and was everything I needed (and expected) from a local bodega. Love how spacious and clean the space is; the food/deli counter is well-kept, and the store itself doesn't feel "icky" like other places I've been to. Good selection of items since this store is bigger than others, too. I've gotten a couple hot sandwiches here from the deli counter and they've all been delicious! The Chef's Pick (grilled chicken, avocado, mayo, tomato) and Chicken Parmigiana are two of my favorites and come with decent helpings of chips and a pickle. The customer service is also fast, friendly, and polite. Would recommend coming by here to give it a shot!

Best sandwiches!!! Everyone is nice. The hot bar always smells and looks incredible. Haven't tried it but I bring my students there to get their lunch, always happy.

Came here for lunch on Tuesday because I was in the area. Actually CREATED this place on Yelp because it wasn't listed but I'm just getting around to reviewing it now. I was really craving an egg and cheese on a toasted roll with butter because few things make me happier than breakfast foods - all day errday - so I gave into my craving here. There was a short line to order but it went by quickly and I saw it as a good sign if people were willing to wait. My order was taken quickly and properly executed, you have no idea how many times I see them plop my fried egg on an unbuttered or untoasted roll. My order isn't rocket science, get it right. So my egg and cheese was delicious, just the right pinch of salt and pepper to give it some flavor, my cheese was deliciously melted in the center of my eggs and my roll was nicely toasted and buttered...such a simple thing that some delis simply cannot get right, so kudos. Staff here was pleasant and I did a quick walk through and they carry lots of grocery stuff, snack goods, have a decent baked goods section and an eh selection of beers, lol. Warm foods looked pretty tasty. The standard deli things with some extra like lemon chicken breast, breaded chicken breast, penne drowned in pesto sauce with what looked to be sundried tomatos, potato salad, etc. This place looks to be new and so far it's a great addition to the neighborhood.
